Responsibility Within Premises
- The school ensures the safety and supervision of students within its premises but cannot be held responsible for incidents occurring outside the school grounds.
Student Pick-Up Protocol
- Students will not be allowed to leave with unauthorized individuals. Parents must inform the Principal in advance if someone else is picking up their child.
Interaction During Class Hours
- Parents and guardians are requested not to meet their children or interact with teachers during class hours.
- All inquiries and complaints should be addressed to the Principal.
Parental Cooperation
- Parents are encouraged to monitor their children’s progress daily and support their regularity, punctuality, and discipline.
Health Precautions
- Children with infectious diseases will not be permitted to attend classes.
Language Policy
- Only English should be spoken within the school premises to maintain a conducive learning environment.
Academic Assessments
- Weekly class test results will be shared with parents for review.
Leave Policy
- Students must provide a leave letter for absences.
- Students with attendance below 75% must submit a medical certificate to justify their absence.
Long Absences
- Students absent for 15 consecutive days without prior permission will be marked as having left the school. Readmission will require a formal process.
Promotion Criteria
- A minimum of 40% marks and 75% attendance is required for promotion to the next grade.
Punctuality
- Students who arrive late and miss the assembly will be marked absent for the day.
Age Criteria for Admission
- The age requirements for admission are as follows:
- LKG: 3 years as of July 31
- UKG: 4 years
- Grade 1: 5 years
Admission Documentation
- Students transferring from other schools must present a Transfer Certificate (TC) and the original birth certificate during admission.
Mid-Term Transfers
- Students joining or leaving the school mid-term must pay fees for the entire term.
Fee Refund Policy
- Fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Transfer Certificate Issuance
- Transfer Certificates (TC) will only be issued after all fees and dues have been cleared.
- A handwritten application from the parent is required, along with a fee for the TC issuance.
- The TC will be provided 10 days after the application is received.
Payment of Fees
- Fees must be paid according to the following schedule:
- I Term : Before June 10
- II Term : Before October 10
- III Term : Before January 10
Van Fees
- Van fees can be paid either on a monthly basis or per term. Parents are requested to make payments before the due date.
Parent-Teacher Meetings
- Parents are requested to attend all scheduled meetings without fail. Meetings will be conducted after exams during the following periods:
- Term Test
- First Mid Term : August (First Week)
- Second Mid Term : December (First Week)
- Third Mid Term : February (First Week)
- Terminal Exams :
- Quarterly Exam : October (First Week)
- Half-Yearly Exam : January (First Week)
Discipline and Conduct
- Students may be dismissed for irregular attendance, habitual lack of application, disobedience to teachers, malpractice, or any behavior deemed objectionable either on school premises or elsewhere.
Final Authority
- The school authorities have the final say in all matters related to the institution. Their decisions will be binding on all students and parents.
Best Parents Award
- Parents who diligently follow the rules and regulations, ensure student discipline, and contribute to their child’s success will be honored with the Best Parents Award.
Compliance
- Parents are requested to read the rules and regulations carefully and ensure they are followed consistently.
