Admission Procedure

Inquiry and Application
  • Parents are encouraged to visit the school or contact the admission office for detailed information regarding the admission process.
  • Collect and submit the admission application form along with required documents within the specified timeframe.
  • Admission Test and Interview
  • Students may be required to appear for an admission test to assess their aptitude for the appropriate grade.
  • An interview with the student and parents may also be conducted.
Eligibility
  • Admission is based on age and grade requirements as per school norms:
  • LKG: 3 years as of July 31
  • UKG: 4 years
  • Grade 1: 5 years
  • Required Documents
  • A list of documents to be submitted:
  • Birth Certificate (original and photocopy)
  • Transfer Certificate (for students transferring from other schools)
  • Aadhar card copy (student and parent)
  • Passport-sized photographs of the student (4 copies)
  • Medical fitness certificate
  • Fee Payment
  • Upon confirmation of admission, parents must complete the fee payment process as per the school’s fee structure.
  • Admission is finalized only after the fee payment and submission of all required documents.
  • Confirmation of Admission
  • Parents will receive an official admission confirmation letter from the school administration.

Withdrawal Process

    Application for Withdrawal
  • Parents must submit a written application to the Principal or school office, specifying the reason for withdrawal.
  • Clearance of Dues
  • Ensure that all fees and dues are cleared before initiating the withdrawal process.
  • Fees for the entire term must be paid, even if the withdrawal is mid-term.
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) Request
  • A Transfer Certificate-TC will be issued upon submission of the withdrawal application and clearance of all dues.
  • Parents must provide a written request for the TC along with a small processing fee.
    Issuance of TC
  • The Transfer Certificate will be processed and issued within 10 working days after the application and clearance formalities are completed.
  • Refund Policy
  • Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, as per the school’s policy.
  • Collection of Documents
  • Parents should collect the TC and other submitted documents, such as the original birth certificate, from the school office once the withdrawal process is completed.
  • By following the above procedures, the admission and withdrawal processes are handled smoothly and efficiently, ensuring transparency and convenience for parents and students.
